Obtained his B.Comm Law Degree from the University of Stellenbosch (US) in December 2004. He also holds a post LLB degree which he obtained from the University of Stellenbosch in March 2006.

He has twelve years post-articles experience as a civil litigation lawyer and specializes in debt collection.

He is currently a director of Esterhuyze Incorporated and acts as a Commissioner for the Small Claims Court in which he presides over small claim cases.

Danie has been in the in the debt collecting industry since November 1999. He was the founder member of Prodebt Debt Collections. While managing the Debt Collection business he started to study and completed his LLB degree and was admitted as an Attorney.

Prior 1999 he was involved with the Building Bargaining Council and completed the necessary CCMA training and obtained his Nasional Diploma in Industrial Relations.

Danie joined Esterhuyze Attorneys in 2008 and is since involved in the business. Together with Francois Slabber as partner he co-manages the Companies Prodebt (Pty) Ltd and T & T Investigational Services which is a tracing agency.

Danie has a special interest in Labour Relations where he provides services to various clients

Elzana has been employed by Esterhuyze Inc. since February 2011. She initially started working at our firm as a collection secretary, and enrolled for her LLB degree during June 2013 through Unisa whilst completing her articles. She was subsequently admitted as an attorney in March 2019 and has since practiced as an attorney at our firm.

With almost 10 years’ experience of the civil process and litigation throughout her employ at Esterhuyze Inc., she has proven to be invaluable when attending to civil litigation and drafting, and enjoys attending to other areas of the law as well.

Leanda is a senior attorney with over 10 years’ experience in Family Law, Divorce Law and Criminal Law. She is a member of the Legal Practice Council and admitted to appear in the High Court of South Africa. In addition to her experience in litigation Leanda also completed her divorce mediation workshop and is an accredited divorce mediator registered at FAMAC.

Leanda can also assist in the drafting of wills and the administration of estates and is currently the head of our department dealing with wills and estates.

Nicole completed her Secondary Education in 2014 at Kuils River Technical High School. In 2015 Nicole pursued her aspirations of becoming an Attorney and commenced her studies at the University of the Western Cape. She completed her studies and obtained her LLB Degree in 2018.

In 2019 Nicole relocated to Worcester to join our firm as a Candidate Attorney where she completed her Articles and now practice as an Attorney who assists in Criminal and Civil litigation, and who shows a special interest in Family Law matters as well.
